911 - Ibrahim ibn Malik informed us, saying: Al-Hubaybi narrated to us, from Malik, from Ziyad ibn Sa'd, from 'Amr ibn Muslim, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "Helplessness and intelligence are by decree."
