1199 - Abu Bakr informed us, he said: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Hashim ibn al-Qasim narrated to us, he said: Abu Ja'far, meaning al-Razi, narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they say: 'There is no god but Allah,' establish prayer, and pay Zakat. If they do that, they protect their blood and their wealth from me, except for its right, and their reckoning is with Allah."
١١٩٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي الرَّازِيَّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ، وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ، فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ، وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّهَا، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ "
