1211 - He said: I heard Abu 'Abd Allah say: I heard Sufyan say: "If he is asked: 'Are you a believer?' he may choose not to answer him. He said: And he says: 'Your asking me is an innovation. I do not doubt my faith, nor do I rebuke someone who says: Faith decreases.' And when he says: 'If Allah wills', he does not dislike it, and it does not count as doubt."
