1245 - He said: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, tracing it back to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "A person does not commit theft at the time he is stealing while he is a believer, nor does he drink wine at the time he is drinking it while he is a believer, nor does he commit adultery at the time he is committing it while he is a believer."
