1248 - He said: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Awza'i, who said: I said to al-Zuhri when he mentioned this hadith, "The fornicator does not commit fornication at the time he is committing it while he is a believer": "They ask: 'If he is not a believer, then what is he?'" He said: So he disapproved of that, and he disliked my questioning him about it.
