1262 - Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Hammam ibn Munabbih, that he heard Abu Hurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "A thief does not steal while he is a believer at the time he steals, and a fornicator does not fornicate while he is a believer, and one does not drink wine while he is a believer at the time he drinks it. By Him in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no one among you seizes loot of high standing—such that the believers raise their eyes towards it—while he is a believer at the time he seizes it; and he does not embezzle while he is a believer at the time he embezzles. So beware, beware."
