1267 - Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Firas, from Mudrik ibn 'Umarah, from Ibn Abi Awfa, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "He does not drink wine at the time he drinks it while he is a believer, nor does he commit adultery at the time he commits it while he is a believer, nor does he seize an item of plunder possessing nobility—or he said: excess/value—while he is a believer."

١٢٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ، أَوْ: سَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ "
