1115 - Abu Bakr al-Marwadhi informed us, saying: Abu 'Abd Allah narrated to us, saying: Yazid narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn 'Amr informed us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Modesty (al-haya') is part of faith, and faith is in Paradise; and obscenity (al-badha') is part of harshness (al-jafa'), and harshness is in the Fire.'
١١١٥ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْمَرُّوذِيُّ، قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: ثنا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْحَيَاءُ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ، وَالْإِيمَانُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَالْبَذَاءُ مِنَ الْجَفَاءِ، وَالْجَفَاءُ فِي النَّارِ»
