1577 - Abu Abd Allah narrated to us, saying: Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Layth, from Ibn Sabit, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever dies without having performed the Hajj, and is not prevented from doing so by a confining illness, a tyrannical ruler, or an obvious need, then let him die in whatever state he wishes; whether he dies as a Jew or a Christian."
