1803 - Sulayman ibn al-Ash'ath informed us, saying: I heard Ishaq ibn Ibrahim, meaning Ibn Rahawayh, say: "Whoever says, 'I do not say the Qur'an is created nor that it is not created,' is a Jahmi."
