"These are the verses of Allah, which We recite to you in truth." Muhammad said: The meaning of Allah's verses here is: His signs which point to His Oneness, and "these" (tilka) carries the meaning of "these" (hadhihi). [Verse 253-254]
﴿تِلْكَ آيَاتُ اللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحَقِّ﴾ قَالَ مُحَمَّد: معنى آيَات اللَّه هَا هُنَا: أَعْلَامه الَّتِي تدل عَلَى توحيده، و ﴿تِلْكَ﴾ بِمَعْنى هَذِه. [آيَة ٢٥٣ - ٢٥٤]
