His saying: "He gives wisdom to whom He wills," meaning: understanding of the Qur'an. "And none will remember except those of understanding," [meaning] those of intellect; and they are the believers.
قَوْله: ﴿يُؤْتِي الْحِكْمَةَ مَنْ يَشَاءُ﴾ يَعْنِي: الْفِقْه فِي الْقُرْآن ﴿وَمَا يذكر إِلَّا أولو الْأَلْبَاب﴾ أولو الْعُقُول؛ وهم الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
