(These are the limits of Allah), meaning: His Sunnah and His commandment regarding the distribution of inheritances. (And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger) in the distribution of inheritances, just as Allah has commanded him, (We shall admit him into gardens beneath which rivers flow), to the end of the verse.
﴿تِلْكَ حُدُود الله﴾ أَي: سنته وَأمره فِي قسْمَة الْمَوَارِيث ﴿وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ﴾ فِي قسْمَة الْمَوَارِيث؛ كَمَا أمره الله ﴿ندخله جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأَنْهَارُ﴾ الْآيَة.
