(And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger) in the distribution of inheritances, (and transgresses His limits), to the end of the verse. This is because the hypocrites would not grant inheritance to women nor to young children; they used to manifest [this practice].
﴿وَمن يعْص الله وَرَسُوله﴾ فِي قسْمَة الْمَوَارِيث ﴿وَيَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَهُ﴾ الْآيَة وَذَلِكَ أَن الْمُنَافِقين كَانُوا لَا يورثون النِّسَاء وَلَا الصّبيان الصغار؛ كَانُوا يظهرون.
