"Indeed, those who disbelieved and committed wrong" [Qur'an 4:168], meaning: against themselves. "Never will Allah forgive them," meaning: if they die upon their disbelief, "nor will He guide them to a path," meaning: a path of guidance; that is to say: the generality of those among them who are living.
