"Qudiya al-amru alladhi fihi tastaftiyan" (The matter about which you both inquire has been decreed), meaning: just as I have told you, so it shall be decreed for both of you.
﴿قُضِيَ الأَمْرُ الَّذِي فِيهِ تَسْتَفْتِيَانِ﴾ أَيْ: كَالَّذِي (قُلْتُهُ) كَذَلِكَ (يُقْضَى) لَكمَا.
