The Interpretation of Surah al-Ra'd
It is entirely Meccan, except for one verse, which is: "And those who disbelieve will continue," up to the end of it.
Surah al-Ra'd from verse (1) to verse (3).
تَفْسِيرُ سُورَةِ الرَّعْدِ
وَهِيَ مَكِّيَّةٌ كُلُّهَا إِلا آيَةً وَاحِدَةً وَهِيَ ﴿وَلَا يزَال الَّذين كفرُوا﴾ إِلَى آخرهَا.
سُورَة الرَّعْد من الْآيَة (١) إِلَى الْآيَة (٣).
