(This is a communication for mankind)—meaning the believers; that is: the Quran conveys them to Paradise—(and so that they may be warned by it, and so that they may know that He is but One God)—having no partner—(and so that those of understanding may take heed)—and they are the believers.
﴿هَذَا بَلَاغ للنَّاس﴾ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ؛ يَعْنِي: الْقُرْآنَ يُبَلِّغُهُمْ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ ﴿وَلِيُنْذَرُوا بِهِ وَلِيَعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَه وَاحِد﴾ لَيْسَ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ ﴿وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَاب﴾ وَهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ.
