"And We shall remove whatever of hatred is in their breasts," meaning: what existed between them in this world of envy and grudges. "As brothers, on thrones facing one another," some of them said: This is when they visit one another.
Muhammad said: "As brothers" is in the accusative case (mansub) as a circumstantial qualifier (hal).

﴿وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِمْ مِنْ غل﴾ يَعْنِي: مَا كَانَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْحَسَدِ وَالضَّغَائِنِ ﴿إِخْوَانًا على سرر مُتَقَابلين﴾ قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: هَذَا إِذَا زَارَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا.
قَالَ محمدٌ: ﴿إِخْوَانًا﴾ منصوبٌ على الْحَال.
