"Inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful," meaning: none is more forgiving than Him, and none is more merciful; He forgives the believers.
﴿نَبِّئْ عِبَادِي أَنِّي أَنَا الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيم﴾ لَا أَغْفَرَ مِنْهُ وَلا أَرْحَمَ؛ يَغْفِرُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
