His saying: "So by your Lord, We will surely question them all about what they used to do. So proclaim that which you are commanded." Al-Kalbi said: It means, reveal that which you have been commanded to do.

قَوْلُهُ: ﴿فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَسْأَلَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ عَمَّا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ فَاصْدَعْ بِمَا تُؤْمَرُ﴾ قَالَ الْكَلْبِيُّ: يَعْنِي: أَظْهِرْ مَا أمرت بِهِ.
