"He sends down the angels with the Spirit [ar-Ruh]" (in the Tafsir of al-Suddi) "of His command" meaning: by His command.
Muhammad said: "Revelation [al-Wahy] is called Spirit [Ruh] because through it there is life from ignorance."
"Upon whom He wills of His servants, [saying], 'Warn [mankind] that there is no deity except Me, so fear Me'" meaning: do not worship any god alongside Me.
﴿ينزل الْمَلَائِكَة بِالروحِ﴾ (فِي تَفْسِيرِ السُّدِّيِّ) ﴿مِنْ أَمْرِهِ﴾ أَيْ: بِأَمْرِهِ.
قَالَ محمدٌ: (سُمِّيَ (ل ١٧٢) الْوَحْيُ رُوحًا لأَنَّ بِهِ) حَيَاةً مِنَ الْجَهْلِ.
﴿عَلَى مَنْ يَشَاءُ من عباده أَن أنذروا﴾ بِأَنْ أَنْذِرُوا ﴿أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنا فاتقون﴾ أَن تعبدوا معي إِلَهًا.
