"For they have denied the truth," meaning: the Quran, "when it came to them, so there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule." The knowledge of it will come to them in the world, and God will seize them and cast them into the Fire.
Surat al-An'am from verse (6) to verse (7).
﴿فقد كذبُوا بِالْحَقِّ﴾ يَعْنِي: بِالْقُرْآنِ ﴿لَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِيهم أنباء مَا كَانُوا يه يستهزءون﴾ يَأْتِيهِمْ عِلْمُهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ، فَيَأْخُذُهُمُ الله فيدخلهم النَّار.
