"And He is the Subjugator over His servants," He has subjugated them through death and through whatever He wills of His command. "And He is the All-Wise" in His command, "the All-Aware" of His creation.
﴿وَهُوَ القاهر فَوق عباده﴾ قَهَرَهُمْ بِالْمَوْتِ، وَبِمَا شَاءَ مِنْ أمره ﴿وَهُوَ الْحَكِيم﴾ فِي أمره ﴿الْخَبِير﴾ بخلقه.
