"And leave those who take their religion as amusement and diversion and whom the worldly life has deluded." Qatadah said: This is among what [the command of] fighting has abrogated.
﴿وَذَرِ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا دِينَهُمْ لَعِبًا ولهوا وغرتهم الْحَيَاة الدُّنْيَا﴾ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: وَهَذَا مِمَّا نَسَخَ (الْقِتَال).
