the [previous] predicate; the meaning is: Say, 'They are established for those who believe in the worldly life, [being] exclusive [to them] on the Day of Resurrection.'
And whoever reads it in the accusative case (nasb), it is [acting] as a circumstantial qualifier (hal).
"Thus do We detail the verses," meaning: We clarify them through command and prohibition, "for a people who know," and they are the believers who accepted that from Allah.
خَبَرٍ؛ الْمَعْنَى: قُلْ هِيَ ثابتةٌ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا خالصةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.
وَمَنْ قَرَأَ بِالنَّصْبِ، فَعَلَى الْحَالِ.
﴿كَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَات﴾ نُبَيِّنُهَا بِالْأَمْرِ وَالنَّهْيِ ﴿لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ﴾ وَهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ قَبِلُوا ذَلِكَ عَن الله.
