"That [is so], and that Allah will weaken the plot of the disbelievers." That is: He will make it feeble.
﴿ذَلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ الْكَافرين﴾ أَي: مضعف.
