His saying: "And nothing prevents their expenditures from being accepted from them except that they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger" while showing faith, "and they do not come to the prayer except while they are lazy, and they do not spend except while they are reluctant" to spend in the way of Allah.

قَوْلُهُ: ﴿وَمَا مَنَعَهُمْ أَنْ تُقْبَلَ مِنْهُمْ نَفَقَاتُهُمْ إِلا أَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِاللَّه وبرسوله﴾ وَأَظْهَرُوا الإِيمَانَ ﴿وَلا يَأْتُونَ الصَّلاةَ إِلا وَهُمْ كُسَالَى وَلا يُنْفِقُونَ إِلَّا وهم كَارِهُون﴾ للإنفاق فِي سَبِيل الله.
