these obligations [of inheritance], so what is their status? Thus, Allah—Exalted and Majestic is He—revealed this verse, informing that they died upon faith.

هَذِهِ الْفَرَائِضُ، فَمَا مَنْزِلَتُهُمْ؟ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّه ﷿ هَذِه الْآيَة؛ فَأَخْبَرَ أَنَّهُمْ مَاتُوا عَلَى الإِيمَانِ.
