"And among them are those who look at you," meaning: they turn their gaze toward you.
"Will you, then, guide the blind?" meaning: the blindness of the heart. "Even if they do not see," as in His saying: "Indeed, you do not guide whom you like."
﴿وَمِنْهُم من ينظر إِلَيْك﴾ أَيْ: يُقْبِلُ عَلَيْكَ بِالنَّظَرِ.
﴿أَفَأَنْتَ تهدي الْعمي﴾ يَعْنِي: عَمَى الْقَلْبِ: ﴿وَلَوْ كَانُوا لَا يبصرون﴾ كَقَوْلِهِ: ﴿إِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْت﴾.
