Qatadah said:
It was mentioned to us that the Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) said: "I do not doubt, nor do I ask."
"The truth has come to you from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters," meaning: the skeptics.
قَالَ قَتَادَة:
ذكر لنا أَن نَبِي اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: " لَا أَشُكُّ وَلا أَسْأَلُ ".
﴿لَقَدْ جَاءَكَ الْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ فَلَا تكونن من الممترين﴾ يَعْنِي: الشاكين.
