"So you are going to know to whom will come a punishment that will disgrace him," meaning: the punishment of the worldly life, "and upon whom will descend an enduring punishment," meaning: permanent.
﴿فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ يخزيه﴾ يَعْنِي: عَذَابَ الدُّنْيَا ﴿وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَاب مُقيم﴾ دائمٌ.
