"Abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure." The Paradise is in the heaven, and the Fire is in the earth; and that is what will never cease. "Except as your Lord wills," meaning: what those who entered before them were preceded by. He said: "And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups," he said: A group enters after a group.
In the Tafsir of al-Suddi: "Except as your Lord wills" refers to the people of monotheism who enter the Fire; they will not remain therein forever, as they will be brought out of it into Paradise.
Surah Hud, from verse (108) to verse (111).
