"...in what they have tasted [consumed] if they fear [Allah]" means drinking it, "and believe" (without knowing) of its prohibition, "and do righteous deeds, then fear" drinking it, "and do good" in action after its prohibition and did not drink it. Whoever does that is a doer of good (muhsin), "and Allah loves the doers of good," those who adhere to the Sunnah.
