[The word] 'Do you build' [Qur'an 26:128] is in the form of an interrogation, meaning: have you built? 'Upon every high place' [Qur'an 26:128] means every elevated area. 'A monument' [Qur'an 26:128] means a landmark. 'And do you amuse yourselves' [Qur'an 26:128] means you are playing.
