May [the rain] water the abode of Su'da where distance has separated her from me... so that every elevated plain and vast desert may be refreshed by it.
(سَقَى دَارَ سُعْدَى حَيْثُ شَطَّ بِهَا النَّوَى … فَأُنْعِمَ مِنْهَا كُلُّ ريع وفدفد)
