"And do not deprive people of their belongings," meaning: do not diminish what belongs to them. They were people who practiced deficiency in the scales. "And do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption," its interpretation has already passed.
Surah Ash-Shu'ara, from (verse 184 to verse 191).
﴿وَلَا تبخسوا النَّاس أشياءهم﴾ أَيْ: لَا تَنْقُصُوهُمُ الَّذِي لَهُمْ، وَكَانُوا أَصْحَابَ نُقْصَانٍ فِي الْمِيزَانِ ﴿وَلا تَعْثَوْا فِي الأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ﴾ قد مضى تَفْسِيره.
