"Say, 'Praise be to Allah, and peace upon His servants whom He has chosen.' Is Allah better..." [reading] with the interrogative [particle], "or what they associate [with Him]?" That is: Allah is better than their idols which they worship.
﴿قُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَسَلامٌ عَلَى عباده الَّذين اصطفىءآلله خير﴾ على الِاسْتِفْهَام ﴿أما تشركون﴾ أَيْ: أَنَّ اللَّهَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أوثانهم الَّتِي يعْبدُونَ
