[He shows you the lightning, causing fear and aspiration]. Fear for the traveler who fears its harm and affliction, and aspiration for the resident expecting rain. [Indeed in that are signs for a people who use reason], and they are the believers who understood from Allah what He revealed to them.
Surah Ar-Rum from (Verse 25 to Verse 27).
﴿يريكم الْبَرْق خوفًا وَطَمَعًا﴾ خَوْفًا لِلْمُسَافِرِ يَخَافُ أَذَاهُ وَمَعَرَّتَهُ، وَطَمَعًا لِلْمُقِيمِ فِي الْمَطَرِ ﴿إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ﴾ وَهُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ عَقِلُوا عَنِ اللَّهِ مَا أنزل عَلَيْهِم.
