[All are obedient to Him]. Al-Kalbi’s interpretation: All are obedient to Him in the Hereafter; thus, that is not accepted from the disbelievers.
﴿كل لَهُ قانتون﴾ تَفْسِيرُ الْكَلْبِيِّ: كُلٌّ لَهُ مُطِيعُونَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ؛ فَلَا يُقْبَلُ ذَلِكَ من الْكفَّار.
