"(Those who establish the prayer)" the obligatory one, "(and give the zakah)" the obligatory one.
﴿الَّذين يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاة﴾ الْمَفْرُوضَة ﴿وَيُؤْتونَ الزَّكَاة﴾ الْمَفْرُوضَة
