There is an inversion in the exegesis of al-Hasan: "He created the heavens, you see them without pillars," while the exegesis of Ibn Abbas is: "They have pillars, but you do not see them." (And He has cast into the earth firmly set mountains), meaning: the mountains, by which He stabilized the earth, (so that it will not shake with you), meaning: so that it does not move with you, (and He has dispersed therein) meaning: He created, (from every creature).
