Yahya: From Ash'ath, from Ya'la ibn 'Ata', from 'Amr ibn 'Asim, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the remembrance of Allah in the morning and the evening is better than the clashing of swords in the path of Allah, and better than giving away wealth in abundance."
Yahya from al-Rabi' ibn Subayh, from Yazid al-Raqashi, from Anas ibn Malik who said: The Messenger of Allah said: "That I should sit with people who remember Allah after the morning prayer until the sun rises is more beloved to me than everything upon which the sun rises. And that I should sit with people who remember Allah after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets is more beloved to me than freeing eight of the children of Ishmael."
