Muhammad said: It has also been said that "a calculation from the sky" means: projectiles, the singular of which is husbanah. As for whoever read "aqalla" (less) in the accusative case, it is the second object of the verb "tara" (you see), and the word "ana" (I) was introduced for emphasis.
He said: "So it becomes a level, smooth surface." Al-Hasan's interpretation is: Meaning, soil in which there is no vegetation.
Muhammad said: "Al-Sa'id" is the level ground. The surface of the earth is called "sa'id," and for that reason, soil is called "sa'id" because it is the surface of the earth. And "al-zalaq" is that upon which feet slip.
Surah Al-Kahf from (verse 41 to verse 46).
قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: وَقِيلَ: ﴿حُسْبَانًا مِنَ السَّمَاء﴾ أَيْ: مَرَامِي، وَاحِدَتُهَا: حُسْبَانَةٌ. وَمَنْ قَرَأَ: (أَقَلَّ) بِالنَّصْبِ فَهُوَ مَفْعُولٌ ثَانٍ لِ (تَرَى)، وَدَخَلْتَ (أَنَا) لِلْتَوْكِيدِ.
قَالَ: ﴿فَتُصْبِحَ صَعِيدًا زَلَقًا﴾ تَفْسِيرُ الْحَسَنِ: يَعْنِي: تُرَابًا لَا نَبَاتَ فِيهِ.
قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: (الصَّعِيدُ): الْمُسْتَوِي، وَيُسَمَّى وَجْهُ الْأَرْضِ: صَعِيدًا، وَلِذَلِكَ يُقَالُ لِلتُّرَابِ: صَعِيدٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ وَجه الأَرْض، و (الزلق): الَّذِي تزل عَلَيْهِ الْأَقْدَام.
