"It will swallow up what they have fabricated" (meaning): it will swallow it with its mouth. "What they have fabricated" (meaning): that which they have made is "but the trick of a sorcerer, and the sorcerer shall not succeed, whatever he attains" (meaning): wherever he may be.
﴿تلقف مَا صَنَعُوا﴾ أَيْ: تَبْتَلِعُهُ بِفِيهَا. ﴿إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا﴾ أَيْ: أَنَّ الَّذِي صَنَعُوا ﴿كَيْدُ سَاحِرٍ وَلا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَى﴾ حَيْثُ كَانَ.
