"And indeed, I am the Perpetual Forgiver of whoever repents" from polytheism, "and believes, and does righteousness, then remains guided," meaning: he continues in righteous action until he dies.
﴿وَإِنِّي لغفار لمن تَابَ﴾ مِنَ الشِّرْكِ ﴿وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا ثمَّ اهْتَدَى﴾ مَضَى بِالْعَمَلِ الصَّالِحِ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ.
