And Mujahid’s interpretation is that he took responsibility for a prophet to stand among his people after him with justice.
Surat al-Anbiya' from (verse 87 to verse 91).
يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ صَلَاةٍ؛ فَأَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الثَّنَاءَ.
وَتَفْسِيرُ مُجَاهِدٍ: أَنَّهُ تَكَفَّلَ لنَبِيٍّ أَنَّ يَقُومَ فِي قومه بعده بِالْعَدْلِ.
