Yahya said: [Except that] the interpretation of the people is that Allah has delayed the punishment of the disbelievers of this later nation by eradication until the first blast [of the Trumpet], and then their destruction shall occur after this.
قَالَ يَحْيَى: [إِلَّا أَنَّ] تَفْسِيرَ النَّاسِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَخَّرَ عَذَابَ كُفَّارِ آخِرِ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بِالِاسْتِئْصَالِ إِلَى النَّفْخَةِ الْأُولَى، ثُمَّ يَكُونُ هلاكهم بعد هَذَا.
