"That is because Allah is the Truth, and He gives life to the dead," and the rest of the verse. He says: Indeed, He who brought out from this barren earth what He brought out of vegetation is capable of giving life to the dead.
﴿ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنه يحيي الْمَوْتَى﴾ الْآيَةُ، يَقُولُ: إِنَّ الَّذِي أَخْرَجَ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَرْضِ الْهَامِدَةِ مَا أَخْرَجَ مِنَ النَّبَاتِ قَادِرٌ عَلَى أَن يحيي الْمَوْتَى.
