the Jamrah on the Day of Sacrifice, everything becomes permissible for them.

Muhammad said: The meaning of the disheveled state of ihram is everything the pilgrim is forbidden from doing, such as [trimming the mustache, clipping the nails, plucking the armpits, shaving the pubic hair], and other things the pilgrim is prohibited from, such as perfume and other matters. “And let them fulfill their vows,” the interpretation of Mujahid is: Whatever a person has vowed upon themselves concerning the Hajj. “And let them perform tawaf around the Ancient House,” the interpretation of Qatadah is: God freed it from the tyrants; how many a tyrant has come toward it intending to destroy it, but God stood between him and it.
